Staatsoper Hamburg production to be broadcast on Arte

Arte will broadcast a recording of “Das Paradies und die Peri” from the Hamburg State Opera. Directed by Tobias Kratzer, the production offers a modern, self-ironic reimagining of Robert Schumann’s 1843 oratorio.
