Stabbings in Liverpool and Melbourne leave multiple people injured

Separate stabbing incidents in the United Kingdom and Australia have left multiple people injured following altercations.

In Liverpool, England, Merseyside Police responded to reports of three men injured in the early hours of Sunday morning on Tithebarn Street. The incident, believed to have occurred outside G-Bar following an altercation, resulted in two men being in stable condition and a third sustaining minor injuries. Detectives have recovered a suspected weapon and are conducting forensic examinations and CCTV reviews.

In Melbourne, Australia, a physical altercation at a marketplace on Cobham Street in St Albans left three males with stab wounds. A 17-year-old boy and a man in his 20s were hospitalized with critical injuries, while a 23-year-old man sustained serious injuries. Police have not yet made any arrests in connection with the Melbourne incident.
