STADA appoints Diana Wiedmann as Chief Culture & People Officer

German pharmaceutical group STADA has announced the appointment of Diana Wiedmann as Chief Culture & People Officer, effective January 1, 2027. Wiedmann will join the company’s Executive Committee as Executive Vice-President and will report directly to CEO Peter Goldschmidt.

Wiedmann succeeds Simone Berger, who left the company in early 2026 for professional opportunities in Japan. Wiedmann brings over 25 years of international leadership experience in human resources, consulting, and strategy, with specific expertise in the biopharmaceutical industry. Her previous roles include serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Partner at Drees & Sommer, as well as leadership positions at Rentschler Biopharma, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and Aspen Global Incorporated.
