Stade Rennais seeks player sales as Embolo and Aït Boudlal attract interest

Stade Rennais is actively managing player departures during the summer transfer window to bolster its finances. The club is reportedly considering interest from Italian side Como for Swiss striker Breel Embolo. While several major Italian clubs including Juventus, AC Milan, and Napoli have been linked to the 29-year-old, an intermediary has recently proposed him to the club managed by Cesc Fàbregas. Rennes is seeking a transfer fee of approximately 15 million euros for the player.

In a separate development, the club is also negotiating the potential sale of 20-year-old Moroccan defender Abdelhamid Aït Boudlal. Fulham is reportedly showing strong interest in the central defender. Although an agreement has not yet been reached between the two clubs, the English side is expected to renew its pursuit, which could provide Stade Rennais with significant additional revenue.
