Stade Toulousain cements financial might and on‑field dominance ahead of Top 14 final

Stade Toulousain unveiled a projected 2025 budget of €56 million, up €6 million from the previous year, and reported €58 million in revenue with a small net profit. The club’s financial health stems from diversified income – sponsorships from Airbus, Peugeot, Revolut and Nike generating roughly €20 million, strong ticket sales at Ernest‑Willlon, ancillary activities such as restaurants, boutiques and an academy, and a merchandizing line that sold about 55 000 jerseys, worth close to €15 million.

On the field, Toulouse has secured a historic fourth consecutive Top 14 title, defeating Racing 92 71‑17 in the semi‑final and preparing to face Montpellier in the final at Stade de France. Key players are returning: full‑back Thomas Ramos is fit after a training injury, and back‑row Alexandre Roumat is recovering from a sprained ankle. Argentina centre Santiago Chocobares remains doubtful due to a concussion.

The final will also be the subject of a new Canal+ initiative: a dedicated “novice” channel on CANAL+ SPORT that explains the rules and offers interactive commentary, while the main broadcast features a large production crew, drones, and a panel of former internationals. Additionally, France’s interim captain Maxime Lucu, praised by UBB manager Yannick Bru, underscores the club’s influence on the national team.
