Stadio Valsugana Rugby Padova to host 2026/27 Serie A Elite Femminile final

The Italian Rugby Federation (FIR) Federal Council has selected the Stadio Valsugana Rugby in Padova as the venue for the 2026/27 Serie A Elite Femminile final. The championship match will be broadcast live on Rai Sport.

The upcoming season is set to begin on November 8, featuring eight teams. For the first time, the Forum Iulii franchise from Friuli Venezia Giulia will participate in the competition. The tournament structure dictates that the top four teams from the regular season will advance to the semifinals, played over two legs, to determine the finalists.

Several honors will be dedicated to notable figures: the season MVP award will be named in memory of Adelina Corbanese, a nineteen-time champion with the Red Panthers of Treviso, while the Player of the Match award for the final will honor the memory of Rebecca Braglia.
