Stadthalle Waltrop seeks new gastronomy partner for 2027

The administration of Waltrop has issued a tender to find a new gastronomy partner for the Stadthalle Waltrop, effective from February 2027. The selected tenant will hold exclusive catering rights for the venue.

The facility hosts approximately 100 events annually, ranging from cultural performances and conferences to corporate events, weddings, and private celebrations. The required services include break refreshments, conference catering, buffets, and full menus for larger festivities.

Applicants are encouraged to submit their own concepts regarding food offerings, target groups, and price segments. In addition to the main event hall and foyer, commercial spaces for gastronomic operations are available. The application deadline is September 28, 2026.
