Stadtreinigung Leipzig to host open house event

Stadtreinigung Leipzig will host an open house event on September 12, 2026, from 11:00 to 16:00 at its facility on Geithainer Straße 60.

Various departments, including waste disposal, city cleanliness, and green space maintenance, will showcase their technology and explain operational processes. The event features interactive activities such as a mini sweeper rally, cart racing, and a leaf blower course.

External partners and local organizations will participate, including ALL Abfall-Logistik Leipzig GmbH, the Messestadt-Verkehrswacht Leipzig e. V., and the Mölkau local fire department. Entertainment will include musical performances by the band Pretty Park and various dance groups, alongside children's musical excerpts.
