The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification for the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination 2026. The recruitment drive aims to fill approximately 2,536 Group C vacancies across various central government ministries and departments.

Available positions include Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), and Data Entry Operator (DEO) roles. The application process began on September 7, 2026, with a deadline for submission set for October 7, 2026. The final date for online fee payment is October 8, 2026.

To be eligible, candidates must have completed Class 12 or an equivalent qualification. For certain DEO roles, a background in the Science stream with Mathematics is required. Applicants are advised to complete their One-Time Registration on the new official SSC website or via the mySSC mobile app to avoid potential website traffic issues near the deadline.
