Staff Selection Commission releases SSC GD Constable 2026 results

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the results for the 2026 Constable (GD) examination for Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), the Secretarial Security Force (SSF), and Assam Rifles. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) was conducted between April 27 and May 30, 2026.

Out of 2,156,776 candidates who appeared for the exam, 197,408 individuals have been shortlisted to proceed to the next stage, which includes the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). The shortlisted group includes 181,251 male candidates, 15,782 female candidates, and 375 male candidates specifically for SSF vacancies.

To qualify for the merit list, candidates had to meet minimum qualifying percentages: 30% for the General/UR category, 25% for OBC/EWS, and 20% for SC, ST, and Ex-Servicemen. The results, including category-wise cut-off marks and merit lists, are available in PDF format on the official SSC website.
