Staggia Senese launches new 750‑sqm dog agility park

A new dog‑agility area was opened in Staggia Senese on the evening of 28 July. The 750 square‑metre space on Via Romana includes two entrances – one vehicle‑accessible for maintenance and a pedestrian entry – and is equipped with benches, play equipment for dogs, and a notice board displaying usage rules. Officials have already started procedures to add a water fountain.

Urban quality assessor Filippo Giomini said the project fulfills a community commitment, following the earlier Bellavista agility area and preceding a planned facility in nearby Poggibonsi. The development aims to enhance animal welfare and provide a dedicated recreational space for local dog owners.
