Polish speedway club Stal Gorzów recorded a narrow defeat in Toruń, with the team scoring 38:52 while Norwegian rider Mathias Pollestad added five bonus points and commented on his performance and interest from other clubs. A week later the club dominated the second day of the Team Cup in Leszno, claiming its fifth consecutive victory in the 500R series. The win moved Stal Gorzów closer to the league lead, reinforcing its strong position in the PGE Ekstraliga season.
