Stal Rzeszów rider Franciszek Majewski refuses to compete
A dispute has emerged between speedway rider Franciszek Majewski and the club Stal Rzeszów. According to club manager Krzysztof Kasprzak, the 20-year-old rider refused to participate in a junior competition in Tarnów due to fears regarding his health, noting he had not been on a motorcycle for a week and a half.
Following the rider's refusal, the coaching staff decided not to risk his participation. Majewski, whose contract runs until the end of next season, has reportedly sought to resolve his contract with the club. The situation comes amid a difficult period for the team, which recently faced a significant defeat against Polonia Bydgoszcz.
