Stamina Taro to relaunch Hirosaki location as premium buffet

Edoichi is set to relaunch its Stamina Taro Hirosaki location as ‘Stamina Taro PREMIUM BUFFET Hirosaki’ on September 12, 2026. The restaurant has undergone a full renovation to create a forest-inspired atmosphere, featuring wood-toned ceilings and green sofas to provide a more relaxed dining environment.

The buffet will offer over 100 varieties of food, including yakiniku, sushi, and sweets. New features include a dedicated bakery corner serving fresh bread and handmade quiches, as well as a chocolate fountain. To celebrate the opening, the restaurant will offer limited-quantity menu items such as ‘Nakaochi Kalbi’ and ‘Premium Kalbi’ during dinner service, along with a candy-grabbing activity for elementary school children and younger.
