StandardAero and Sabre report improved Q2 2026 financial results
StandardAero and Sabre have both reported positive financial trends for the second quarter of 2026.
StandardAero reported a 4.6% year-over-year revenue increase to $1.6 billion, with net income rising 43.7% to $97 million. The company saw record adjusted EBITDA margins of 14.4% and positive free cash flow of $50 million. CEO Russell Ford attributed the results to strong demand and productivity improvements in commercial aerospace and business aviation, noting that industry MRO capacity remains constrained.
Sabre reported a sharp improvement in profitability, with free cash flow turning positive at approximately $9.7 million, compared to a negative $240.2 million in the prior-year period. Adjusted EBITDA increased 21% to $143 million. While Airline Technology revenue declined by 4%, growth in its travel marketplace—driven by increased distribution bookings and hotel-related revenue—helped offset the softness.
