They explained that the name is a reflection of their actual identities rather than a calculated marketing attempt to capitalize on their fathers' fame. Evan Stanley noted that while they are grateful for the visibility, they have no intention of adopting the iconic makeup or persona associated with KISS, stating, "I'm busy doing my own thing."
