Star Copper reports visual copper mineralization in British Columbia

Star Copper Corp. has reported visual evidence of copper mineralization in four drill holes at its Star copper-gold porphyry project in northwestern British Columbia. The company is currently executing a fully funded 15,000-meter exploration program aimed at defining its first mineral resource.

Recent drilling activities focused on a western extension of the Star Main system, with four holes totaling approximately 2,200 meters designed to penetrate the main fault system and close gaps in the existing drilling grid. The program also includes a comprehensive 3D geophysical survey using induced polarization (IP) and magnetotelluric (MT) measurements to refine the geological model and identify potential hypogene extensions to the north and northeast.

While visual mineralization has been identified, laboratory assay results are still pending. These chemical analyses will be essential to confirm the economic viability and specific parameters of the mineralization.
