Notable continuity mistakes include weapon errors in ‘The Last Jedi’, where a Praetorian Guard’s laser daggers disappeared during a duel, and lightsaber color inconsistencies in the prequel trilogy. A significant error occurred in ‘Revenge of the Sith’ during the duel on Mustafar, where a CGI mistake resulted in Anakin Skywalker appearing to hold Obi-Wan Kenobi’s lightsaber instead of his own.
