Star Wars: Galactic Racer introduces new skim speeder vehicle

Star Wars: Galactic Racer has introduced a new vehicle called the skim speeder through the third episode of its “Under the Hood with Hibi” series. The skim speeder is designed to balance the agility of a speeder bike with the durability of a landspeeder.

The vehicle focuses on building momentum to achieve high speeds. To manage tight corners without losing velocity, it utilizes a unique “Knife Edge” manoeuvre. This technique allows players to navigate sharp turns while maintaining their racing rhythm.

Star Wars: Galactic Racer is scheduled for a worldwide release on October 6, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Pre-orders are currently available.
