Star Wars: Maul - Shadow Lord to return for second season in 2027
During a recent D23 panel, executive producer and head writer Matt Michnovetz confirmed that the animated series ‘Star Wars: Maul - Shadow Lord’ will return for a second season in 2027 on Disney+.
The announcement follows the successful debut of the first season earlier this year. The return of ‘Maul - Shadow Lord’ coincides with a busy 2027 schedule for the franchise, which includes a second season of ‘Ahsoka’ slated for January 2027 and the theatrical release of ‘Star Wars: Starfighter’ on May 28, 2027.
