Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu sets streaming release dates

The film “Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu” is transitioning to streaming platforms following its theatrical run. Directed by Jon Favreau, the movie follows Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and his apprentice Grogu as they navigate a galaxy where the Empire has fallen but Imperial warlords remain scattered.

In India, the film will be available to stream on JioHotstar starting September 2, 2026, with options for both English and Hindi audio. Globally, the film is set to arrive on Disney+ on Wednesday. During its theatrical release, which began in May 2026, the film earned approximately $345 million worldwide.
