Star Wars: Visions Presents – The Ninth Jedi arrives on Disney+

Star Wars: Visions Presents – The Ninth Jedi has arrived on Disney+. This new anime series expands upon the concept originally introduced in the Star Wars: Visions anthology, specifically following the character Lah Kara.

The story follows Kara’s journey as she seeks to rescue her father, the legendary lightsaber smith Zhima, from the dangerous figure Nawaam. Alongside her master, Margrave Juro, and other Jedi, Kara must develop her connection to the Force to help re-establish the Jedi Order and face rising dark forces.

The series is a collaboration between Lucasfilm and Production I.G., utilizing Japanese animation styles to explore unique Force-related mythology, such as lightsabers that change color based on the wielder’s connection to the Force.
