Stara Zagora hosts 11th annual BEERfest in Zagorka Park

The 11th edition of BEERfest has commenced in Zagorka Park, marking one of the major cultural events in Stara Zagora. Organized by the Municipality of Stara Zagora and Zagorka AD, the festival has grown significantly since its inception in 2015.

The opening night featured a diverse musical program, beginning with a Broadway-style performance of ‘Dreamgirls’ by students from the ‘Hristina Morfova’ Music School, accompanied by the Municipal Brass Orchestra conducted by Maestro Viktor Krumov. The event also included hip-hop performances by Torino and Pashata. The festival is part of the city's broader cultural initiatives, including its candidacy to become a European Capital of Culture in 2032.
