Starachowice hosts XII Legenda STAR-a vintage truck rally

The XII edition of the Legenda STAR-a vintage vehicle rally is taking place in the Starachowice district on August 22-23, 2026. The event celebrates the history of trucks produced at the Starachowice Truck Factory, which were once a symbol of Polish automotive success.

Participants have brought a variety of historic vehicles, including the STAR 266. Featured models include a military mobile air traffic control tower and a 1979 version noted for its pure mechanical design without modern electronics. Enthusiasts from across the country, including those traveling over 650 kilometers, have gathered to showcase these vehicles, many of which previously served in agricultural or military roles.
