Starbucks Korea continues support for young artists via ‘Starlight Live’
Starbucks Korea is continuing its support for young cultural and artistic talent through its ‘Starlight Live’ program. Operated in partnership with the Arts Council Korea, the initiative provides Starbucks store locations as performance venues for young artists, allowing customers to experience various art forms in their daily lives.
To date, the program has hosted over 550 performances, featuring approximately 1,000 young artists. Following a public recruitment process in August that drew interest from roughly 650 teams, a selection of skilled musicians across genres such as acoustic, jazz, classical, and traditional Korean music has been chosen.
From October through March 2027, these artists will perform at five designated Starbucks locations across the country: Jangchung Lounge R, The Yeosu Dolsan DT, Sejong Arts Center, Bukosun IC DT, and Gyeongdong 1960. Performance schedules and artist information are available via the official Starbucks app and website.
