StarCharge Named Top Microgrid Brand at 2026 GGII Energy Storage Summit

StarCharge, a provider of integrated energy solutions, was named the No. 1 Microgrid Brand at the 2026 GGII Energy Storage Industry Summit and Energy Storage Top Brand Awards. The award highlighted the company's performance across technology innovation, product competitiveness, commercial deployment and market reputation.

StarCharge’s platform combines smart EV charging, scenario‑based microgrids and virtual power plants, coordinating generation, storage, dispatch, consumption and electricity trading. Its proprietary photovoltaic‑storage microgrid system can switch between grid‑connected and off‑grid modes in under 20 ms, well below the industry norm of about 50 ms, helping maintain power continuity in weak grids.

The company has completed more than 300 microgrid projects worldwide, including integrated solar‑storage‑charging sites in China and strategic energy storage agreements in Latvia and Moldova totaling nearly 3.5 GWh. StarCharge is listed on BloombergNEF’s Tier 1 energy‑storage manufacturer list and plans continued investment in microgrid and virtual power‑plant technologies.
