StarDance faces host changes and contestant performance challenges

The Czech dance competition StarDance is facing upcoming changes as long-time hosts Tereza Kostková and Marek Eben are set to depart. Betting odds suggest Václav Kopta and Adéla Gondíková are the leading favorites to host the fifteenth season, which is scheduled for autumn 2027. Other potential candidates include Aleš Háma, Iva Kubelková, and Daniela Brzobohatá.

In the current season, contestant Sara Prachař Sandeva has revealed difficulties regarding her participation. She reported experiencing a mental block where she loses her ability to perform dance moves whenever she is being watched by others. She is currently partnered with professional dancer Daniel Makovec, who also expressed nervousness regarding the high level of competition.
