Stare Babice municipality offers land in Klaudyn for lease
The Head of the Stare Babice Municipality has announced a list of real estate available for lease through a non-tender process in Klaudyn.
The property consists of 7,545 square meters of undeveloped land. According to the local spatial management plan, the area is designated for service and production purposes.
The lease is offered for a three-year term with a monthly rent of 12,000 PLN net, plus applicable VAT. The rent is subject to annual adjustments based on the annual consumer price index (inflation) as reported by the Central Statistical Office. The municipality reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a two-month notice period if the land becomes necessary for significant municipal economic purposes or changes in local zoning.
