STARFACE founder Florian Buzin to step down in 2026

Florian Buzin, the founder and Managing Director of STARFACE Group and Gamma Communications Germany, will step down from his positions at the end of 2026.

Since mid-2025, the strategic and operational management of STARFACE, estos, and Gamma Communications has already been handled by a five-member leadership team. Buzin’s departure is described as the formal conclusion of a leadership model that is already in practice.

The existing management team will continue to oversee their respective areas without change: Christoph Scheuermann (Product Management, Marketing, and Operations), Alexander Seyferth (Sales, Customer Care, and Academy), Thomas Weiß (CTO, Development, and IT), Andreas Hampel (Gamma Communications GmbH, SIP and Connectivity), and Gerben Wijbenga (CEO Europe, strategic development in the DACH region).
