Stargard Museum launches diverse summer workshops for children
The Archaeological and Historical Museum in Stargard is running a series of free educational workshops for children aged six and up throughout July and August. Activities include "Summer Assemblages" where participants create pendant designs inspired by local monuments, "Marine Stories" guided tours of a temporary exhibition, and hands‑on sessions on historic toys, pottery and sensory market experiences.
In Chorzów, the city’s Cultural Centre is offering a "Beehive Treasures" program on selected July and August dates. Under the direction of beekeeper Krzysztof Poppe, children learn about bee colonies, try on beekeeping gear, craft scented candles from real wax and finish with a honey tasting. Both programmes aim to combine learning with playful, creative experiences for young families during the summer holidays.
