Stark Future says VARG EX is world’s best‑selling electric enduro motorcycle

Stark Future, the Barcelona‑based premium electric motorcycle maker, announced that its VARG platform has become the best‑selling enduro motorcycle worldwide. In the first half of 2026 the company generated €86 million in revenue, a 46 % year‑on‑year increase, and posted an EBITDA of €5.3 million (6.1 % margin) after recording a loss in the same period of 2025. Production rose to 8,124 units, up 45 % from the previous year, and the second quarter set new records for dealer sales and factory output.

CEO and founder Anton Wass said the firm “met the plan and exceeded it,” highlighting that profitability was achieved while continuing heavy investment in new technologies such as the patented Dynamic Traction Control system. Revenue from spare‑parts sales more than tripled and software income reached record levels after the launch of the VARG SM super‑moto. The company attributes the margin improvement to stronger purchasing power and partner support, and it views the VARG EX’s claim of being the top‑selling electric enduro as a signal of growing demand for electric off‑road bikes over traditional gasoline models.
