Starlight Investments closes £680 million UK BTR Fund II

Starlight Investments has announced the successful closing of its UK Build-to-Rent (BTR) Fund II. Combined with ancillary investment vehicles, the fund reached £680 million in total capital commitments.

The capital is intended to support the acquisition and delivery of more than 6,000 BTR homes across the United Kingdom. Current projects under construction include three significant rental communities, specifically two in Manchester and one in Basildon.

The fund attracted participation from various global institutional investors across Europe, Canada, and the APAC region. Additionally, the fund received a major commitment from Homes England’s National Housing Bank, aligning the strategy with national efforts to increase rental housing supply.
