Starlux Airlines debuts AIRSORAYAMA art aircraft collaboration

Starlux Airlines has launched its ‘STARLUX AIRSORAYAMA’ project, a collaboration with contemporary Japanese artist Kohei Nakanishi. The project features two flagship A350-1000 aircraft, known as ‘AIRSORAYAMA Gold’ and ‘AIRSORAYAMA Silver’, which showcase a fusion of mechanical aesthetics and aviation art.

Japanese artist ambassador Kōki, recently visited the maintenance hangar at Taoyuan International Airport to see the ‘Silver’ aircraft in person for the first time. Starlux Airlines Chairman Ryan Chang personally guided her through the hangar, explaining the design concepts and the process of integrating Nakanishi’s signature elements with the airline’s brand identity.

The special livery aircraft are currently in operation, flying routes between Taipei and destinations including Tokyo, Bangkok, and Prague. Starting October 1, these flights will also offer exclusive themed amenities as part of the AIRSORAYAMA service experience.
