STARLUX Airlines to debut Hajime Sorayama gold livery aircraft

STARLUX Airlines has announced the flight schedule for its gold-colored special livery aircraft, the ‘STARLUX AIRSORAYAMA Gold’ (Airbus A350-1000). The aircraft is part of a collaboration with artist Hajime Sorayama.

The gold aircraft is scheduled to make its inaugural flight on August 20, operating the Taipei (Taoyuan) to Tokyo (Narita) route. On the same day, the airline will also deploy the silver-colored ‘STARLUX AIRSORAYAMA Silver’ aircraft on the same route for a dual unveiling at Narita.

Following the initial flights, the gold aircraft will serve routes to Bangkok on August 26 and Prague on September 1. Through the end of September, the aircraft will be deployed across various routes without fixed schedules. From October 1, the two special aircraft will follow a set schedule serving Narita, Phoenix, and Prague.

Passengers on these flights will have access to themed amenities, including special boarding passes, name tags, and original cocktails supervised by Sorayama.
