Starmie Doll location revealed in Pokémon Pokopia Bubbly Basin DLC

The Starmie Doll is hidden under a breakable gray rock pile in the lower minecart section of Frillish’s cave in Bubbly Basin. Players must first raise the environment level to 3, complete Popplio’s request and meet Frillish, or they can use a Dowsing Machine to locate the doll early. Required actions include Rock Smash to clear the rocks; the Dowsing Machine is optional but speeds the search.

Finding the doll completes Frillish’s request and unlocks a new Dream Island that provides additional resources for Bubbly Basin. The guide applies only to the paid Pokopia Bubbly Basin DLC and assumes the player has access to the DLC’s story content.
