CEWE Stiftung announces 18 million euro share buyback program

CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA has announced a decision to initiate a share buyback program. The company intends to repurchase up to 150,000 of its own shares, representing approximately 2.0 percent of its share capital.

The program is scheduled to run from September 15, 2026, through April 16, 2027, with a total investment volume of up to 18 million euros. This capital measure is based on an authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on June 15, 2022, which allowed the company to acquire treasury shares totaling up to 10 percent of its capital stock.

Following the announcement, the company's stock experienced upward movement in trading.
