Startup Sioux Falls launches CEO peer group program
Startup Sioux Falls has launched Roundtable, a new peer-group program designed for CEOs of sustaining-level companies. The initiative aims to support established business owners who have moved beyond the early stages of entrepreneurship.
Sponsored by Eide Bailly LLP and The First National Bank in Sioux Falls, the program’s inaugural cohort consists of eight CEOs managing businesses with seven- and eight-figure revenues. Participants, including Mindy Kroll of Time Management Systems and Eric Sivertsen of Epicosity, noted the value of connecting with other leaders to navigate technological changes and share strategic ideas.
Jeff Hayward, director of programming for Startup Sioux Falls, stated that the program addresses a previously identified gap in support for founders who have successfully scaled their companies to significant revenue levels.
