STARZ to premiere Tip Toe drama series starring Alan Cumming

STARZ has announced the U.S. premiere of Tip Toe, a new drama series written by Russell T Davies. The series, which stars Alan Cumming and David Morrissey, is scheduled to debut on Friday, October 2, with new episodes available weekly on the STARZ app and various streaming platforms.

Set in Manchester, the thriller explores the escalating tensions and prejudices facing the LGBTQ+ community. The plot follows two neighbors, Leo, a bar owner, and Clive, an electrician, as their relationship transforms from long-term neighborliness into a deadly enmity fueled by radicalization and bigotry.

Following a successful run in the United Kingdom on Channel 4, where it reached nearly 6 million viewers in its first month, the series has received critical acclaim for its performances and its exploration of systemic violence and cultural homophobia.
