State Bank of India and Bank of Baroda Extend Apprenticeship Recruitment Deadlines
The State Bank of India announced that its 2026 apprenticeship drive, targeting 7,150 positions across the bank, will now accept applications until 15 June 2026, up from the earlier 8 June deadline. Candidates must be graduates, aged 20‑28, with age relaxations for reserved categories, and will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 during a one‑year training period.
Bank of Baroda also extended its 2026 apprenticeship deadline to 15 June 2026 for 5,000 vacancies. The eligibility criteria mirror those of SBI, requiring a graduation degree and the same age range, while offering the same ₹15,000 monthly stipend. Application fees vary by category, with exemptions for SC, ST and PwD applicants.
