State Cadastre Agency continues legalization in Korçë

The State Cadastre Agency (ASHK) is continuing the legalization process for informal constructions within the Korçë County. The agency is systematically processing applications submitted by citizens to provide legal security regarding their properties.

In the Leskovik and Vithkuq areas, the verification and administrative treatment of objects built before 1991 is in its final stages. Between January and June, 150 objects were identified in Leskovik, with 72 currently completing documentation and the remainder in final review stages. In Vithkuq, approximately 172 practices have been completed, while work continues on remaining cases.

In the Pustec Municipality, certain zones and objects require further verification due to their special legal status and specific protection regimes.
