State of Mexico Judiciary Rolls Out Professionalization and Equality Initiative

The Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial of the State of Mexico concluded a professionalization course for its personnel, delivering 46 hours of training on ethics, responsibility and judicial conduct between 10 November and 11 December. Magistrate Héctor Macedo García highlighted the program as a model for strengthening the credibility and operational capacity of the state's justice system.

In parallel, the State of Mexico's Judicial Power unveiled an Institutional Culture Program designed to improve labor wellbeing, substantive equality, human‑rights compliance and zero tolerance for discrimination. The four‑pillar strategy addresses organizational climate, work‑life balance, integral health and anti‑violence measures. With a staff of 6,489 (58% women), the initiative targets gender gaps in decision‑making roles and includes benefits such as 172 paternity leaves, economic support for 298 daycare users and the creation of 19 lactation rooms.
