State of Mexico launches labor conflict resolution training
The Judicial Discipline Tribunal of the State of Mexico has launched a new course titled ‘Labor Conflict Solutions.’ The program aims to provide judicial personnel with tools to prevent and address workplace disagreements through dialogue and legal mechanisms rather than prolonged litigation.
During the inauguration at the Judicial School, Magistrate Maricela Reyes Hernández emphasized the importance of identifying the causes of disagreements and utilizing Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms. The initiative is organized by the Permanent Commission on Labor Matters in coordination with the Labor Conciliation Center of the State of Mexico.
Labor Secretary Norberto Morales Poblete noted that effective conciliation can reduce costs and preserve professional relationships, stressing that seeking agreement through legal channels does not mean renouncing one's rights.
