State Securities Commission of Vietnam fines multiple firms for disclosure violations
The State Securities Commission of Vietnam (UBCKNN) has issued several administrative penalties against multiple companies for violations regarding information disclosure requirements in the securities market.
Pacific Bridge Investment Fund Management Joint Stock Company was fined a total of 170 million VND for delays in publishing various financial documents, including audited 2025 financial statements and anti-money laundering risk assessment reports. The company failed to meet disclosure deadlines by 15 days or more.
Viet Tam Investment Joint Stock Company was fined 92.5 million VND for failing to disclose mandatory information, specifically regarding the use of funds from bond issuances. The company also submitted several periodic reports, including 2024 semi-annual financial statements, past their required deadlines.
Additionally, two other entities, Co. TNHH MTV 17 and Co. TNHH MTV 492, were each fined 92.5 million VND. These penalties were issued due to failures in disclosing or delaying the submission of reports related to the use of proceeds from bond issuances to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
