State Tax Service launches new online interface for taxable objects

The State Tax Service has launched a new interface for the online management of subdivisions and taxable objects within the ‘e-Cerere’ Automated Information System, effective August 28, 2026.

This new solution is designed to simplify taxpayer operations, including the registration, modification, updating, suspension, resumption, and closure of subdivisions and taxable objects. The interface features automatic pre-filling of taxpayer information and allows for data verification prior to electronic signature and submission. Once a request is accepted, electronic confirmations are immediately available in the ‘Certificates/Confirmations’ section.

The launch includes the implementation of new classifiers for subdivision and taxable object types in accordance with SFS Order no. 194/2025. Existing data for previously registered subdivisions and objects will undergo an update period between August 28, 2026, and April 30, 2027. To facilitate efficiency, taxpayers can select up to 25 subdivisions or objects within a single request.

Taxpayers using cash registers and control equipment are advised that if an address change occurs for a subdivision where such equipment is registered, they must also update their data through their provider or technical assistance center.
