Stats Perform FCS Top-25 Poll features multiple conference teams

The Stats Perform FCS Top-25 Poll for Week 0 features significant movement across several conferences. Montana State remains the unanimous No. 1 following a 54-0 victory over Utah Tech, while South Dakota State has moved into the No. 2 position.

In the United Athletic Conference (UAC), four teams earned rankings. Tarleton State holds the No. 5 spot, Austin Peay is ranked No. 15, and Abilene Christian is at No. 20. West Florida made its Division I debut with a 34-31 win over Southern Illinois, earning the No. 25 ranking.

The Patriot League also saw increased representation with three teams in the Top 25: Lehigh at No. 10, William & Mary at No. 17, and Villanova at No. 18. This marks the first time the league has had three ranked teams since 2009. Richmond is also receiving votes in the poll.
