STC to distribute 635 million euro dividend to shareholders

Saudi telecommunications operator STC is distributing a total dividend of 2,746.2 million Saudi riyals (approximately 634.9 million euros) to its shareholders on Thursday, August 20. The provisional dividend is set at 0.55 riyals per share, corresponding to the second quarter of 2026, following a three-year remuneration policy established in late 2024.

For the first half of 2026, STC reported a net profit of 7,319 million Saudi riyals (roughly 1,692.2 million euros), representing a 2.1% decrease compared to the 7,472 million riyals recorded during the same period in 2025. However, the company's revenue for the January-June period rose to 40,110 million riyals (9,273.5 million euros), a 3.8% increase over the previous year.

CEO Olayan bin Mohammed Alwetaid stated that the results demonstrate a ‘solid’ financial and operational performance and progress in executing the group's strategic priorities.
