Steam and GOG.com offer free video games for a limited time

Several video games are currently available for free on major digital distribution platforms.

On Steam, the turn-based strategy game ‘Stones Keeper: King Aurelius’ is being offered at no cost. The title, which features RPG elements and fortress building, serves as a prequel to a full version released in 2022. The offer is available for a limited time before the title is removed from the platform.

Additionally, the DRM-free platform GOG.com is offering the 2018 science-fiction adventure ‘State of Mind’ for free. Developed by the German studio Daedalic, the game follows a transhumanist narrative involving multiple characters and explores themes of memory and identity. This offer is also expected to expire within a few days.
