Steam Autumn Sale begins October 2

Valve is scheduled to launch the Steam Autumn Sale starting October 2 at 2:00 AM JST. The sale is expected to run until October 9 at 2:00 AM JST, according to data from the unofficial database site SteamDB.

As one of the four major seasonal sales held annually, the event typically features significant discounts on most titles, excluding the most recent releases. This sale follows the pattern where seasonal sales offer broader discounts compared to the Halloween sale, which tends to focus specifically on horror and zombie-themed games.

Users who miss this event will have to wait until December 18 for the next seasonal sale. Expected participating titles include games released through approximately June 2026, such as ‘Mina the Hollower’ and ‘The Thousand Year Tale of Adventurer Elliot’. Additionally, some existing sales, such as those for ‘Persona 3 Reload’, may transition directly into the Autumn Sale period.
