Users of the Steam digital distribution platform reported significant service disruptions on October 26, 2026. Affected individuals encountered various issues, including an inability to launch the application, errors such as “Loading User Data,” and difficulties accessing game libraries despite the shop and community pages remaining functional for some.

While unofficial status trackers like Steamstat.us and SteamDB showed millions of users online, many players reported being unable to log in or download content. The official PUBG support account confirmed the issues, noting difficulties with logging into and accessing the game.

Reports of the disruption began to subside by late afternoon, with users noting a downward trend in reported errors and some regaining access to their accounts and libraries. Valve has not issued an official statement regarding the cause of the outage.
