SteelSeries launches limited-edition Apex Pro TKL Gen 3 keyboards

SteelSeries has released two limited-edition versions of its Apex Pro TKL Gen 3 keyboard, featuring Cyber and Steel colorways, to celebrate the company’s 25th anniversary.

The new models utilize OmniPoint 3.0 adjustable Hall Effect switches, which now offer optional Speed and Control spring weights to allow users to customize actuation feel. The keyboards include the ‘Triple Threat’ feature set, consisting of Rapid Trigger, Protection Mode, and Rapid Tap technologies.

Hardware improvements include per-key lubrication, improved stabilizers to reduce wobble, and a triple-layer dampening foam stack for enhanced sound profiles. The devices are supported by GG QuickSet software, which enables per-key actuation presets that can automatically launch with specific game profiles. The keyboards became available on September 22, with a suggested retail price of $239.99 in North America and approximately €249.99 in Europe.
